Snapping Turtle LLC provides creative consulting and media production, including photography, videography,and related services.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Use services lawfully
- Not misuse or tamper with the site or services
3. Payments & Cancellations
We understand plans can change. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $250 cancellation fee. No-shows (arrival more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time without notice) will also be charged this fee.
4. Intellectual Property
All site content is owned by Snapping Turtle LLC. Clients retain rights to delivered media, unless otherwiseagreed.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages from use of our site or services.
6. Termination
We may suspend access for policy violations or other issues.
7. Governing Law
These Terms follow Texas state law. Disputes are under Austin, TX jurisdiction.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
9. Property Readiness
Properties must be “shoot-ready” upon arrival. This includes decluttering, turning on lights, and removing vehicles from driveways. Our team may make small adjustments but is not responsible for staging, cleaning, or moving items.
10. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery times are as follows:Photography: within 48 hours
Real estate videos: within 7 days
Signature or complex productions: within 14 days
All final assets will be delivered via a secure online link.
11. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Payments for canceled appointments may be applied as a credit toward future services.
12. Revisions
Photography includes standard editing; advanced retouching is available for an additional fee of $25 per picture. Video packages include up to two complimentary rounds of revisions; additional revisions are billed at $150 each.
13. Filming and Photography Approach
Snapping Turtle LLC retains creative discretion in selecting compositions, angles, and the number of shots unless specific requests are made in advance. Additional requests requiring a return visit will incur a reshoot fee of $75 for photography and $150 for video.
14. Usage Rights
All media created remains the property of Snapping Turtle LLC. Clients receive a single-use license for marketing the specific property or project commissioned. Media may not be resold, transferred, or altered without written consent.
15. Promotional Rights
We reserve the right to use any media created for our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media without additional compensation to the client.
16. Liability
Our FAA-certified drone operators may decline a flight if conditions are unsafe. Snapping Turtle LLC is not liable for property damage or personal injury occurring during the shoot.

By booking and paying for our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
